Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Who are the designers?
It may surprise you, but Fullsend Design is a design team of one. You'll work directly with me for all your design needs.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you need to pause anytime, login in here to manage your account. Your subscription will remain when you're ready to return.
Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you sign up, use the service for 20 days, and then pause your subscription. When you return, you'll have 10 days of service remaining to use.
How do I request designs?
You'll be able to request designs directly on Trello. Create a task on your board and add any details in any way that works for you (link a Google doc, share files, create a Loom video, etc).
How fast will I receive my designs?
A typical request takes a few business days to complete. Although more complex projects may take longer. We'll keep you updated on how long we expect the project to take in Trello.
Why don’t I just hire a full time designer?
The average annual salary of a full-time senior designer can exceed $100k+/year (plus benefits). Aside from that, you also have to ensure they're constantly managed and occupied with tasks.
With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
Are there any refunds for this service?
Due to the high-quality nature of this work, no refunds will be offered.
